Therapeutic Massage - Uses a gradually deepening routine of strokes and kneading on the body resulting in an intense state of relaxation. In addition to relaxation, you will enjoy relief from common every day stressors; stiff neck, knots, chronic muscle pain, fibromyalgia, tension headaches, mental and emotional stress and other issues. The amount of the body massaged during the session is directly related to the amount of time scheduled, your needs, and physique. People have been known to fall asleep during this massage.

Craniosacral - Craniosacral therapy uses gentle touch manipulation of your head, neck, and the bottom of your spine. Your neck, back, and hips will feel looser and freer.

Reiki - is a form of therapy that uses simple hands-on, no-touch, and/or visualization techniques, with the goal of improving the flow of life energy in a person. Reiki (pronounced ray-key) means "universal life energy" in Japanese, and Reiki practitioners are trained to detect and alleviate problems of energy flow on the physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Reiki touch therapy is used in much the same way to achieve similar effects that traditional massage therapy is used—to relieve stress and pain, and to improve the symptoms of various health conditions.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Technique) - Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
Deep Tissue - Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Deep tissue does not necessarily mean deep pressure, but rather a concentrated, specific manner of working in the deeper layers of the body to allow for more permanent changes to occur. Because this technique is very specific, some discomfort may be experienced for up to 24-36 hours following a session.
